The Official Documents Database (ODD) is a comprehensive resource providing access to a wide array of official Syrian publications by the government and other local authorities.
Here’s what you can find in the ODD:
1- Official Gazette: weekly publications by the Syrian government, with summaries of contents from issues published since 2002 translated into English. All content is searchable in Arabic, and summaries are searchable in English.
2- Parliament Sessions: transcripts of debates in the Syrian People’s Council, listed from newest to oldest and searchable in Arabic.
3- SSG Gazette: weekly official gazettes by the Syrian Salvation Government in Idlib, listed from newest to oldest and searchable in Arabic.
The official gazette section of our main website, which served as the foundation for this new subsite, was funded by the Swiss Federal Department of Foreign Affairs and the Konrad Adenauer Foundation.
The Syria Report, our main website, provides economic information on Syria. It features a large database of news, reports, business profiles, and statistics, and is read by hundreds of decision-makers worldwide. Our publication is completely independent and has no links to any religious, social, or political organizations.
Our editor-in-chief is Jihad Yazigi, and the managing editor is Alicia Medina Segura.
